If you order any combination of items that totals $45 or more, you will receive FREE  shipping in the US, Canada, Middle East & Europe.


For purchases under $95, shipping charged at a flat rate of $18 combined for all items


We use DHL or TNT/Fedex  for express shipping to the US and abroad (where available)

Most of our products are handled within 2 days and  shipped directly from our warehouses. Please allow 7 to 12 days for delivery. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOX

Return Policy

Defective or Damaged Item

If you received a defective or damaged item, please report it as soon as it is received. Please use this form to initiate your retur. You could return an item within 13 days in the same condition as you received it in the original packaging/box. Once we receiv it, we will inspect it and if the item is found damaged or defective, we will process the refund. 


Receiving the wrong item 

If you receive a wrong item, please return it within a week in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 13 day returns. 


When ‘Returns’ are not possible 

There are a few certain scenarios where we cannot accept returns:

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, 13 days from delivery.
  2. The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies, etc.
  4. Any consumable item which has been used.
  5. Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  6. Fragile items, hygiene-related items.


  • Q. What if my returned item was not accepted due to non conforming to return policy, what happens to my item(s)?

    We will return your item back to you at your own shipping expense. You may elect to request a shipper to pickup the item or we can send you an invoice for the shipping to be paid prior to shipping. 


Q. Returning Clothing & Fashion accessories 

A. You can return any Clothing item or Fashion accessory within 13 days in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact, as long as the item is: 

  1. Not listed in the Non-Returnable List.
  2. In the same condition as received and with the original packaging box and tags attached 



We cannot accept returns on any of the following items:

  1. Underwear/undergarments
  2. Night Gowns & Lingerie
  3. Socks, Stockings
  4. Swimwear / burkinis
  5. Any used garment, washed or damaged from misuse


Also, any consumable items that are used or installed cannot be returned. As outlined in consumer Protection Rights and concerning section on non-returnable items.


 Q. How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?

Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.  


Q. How can I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card?

If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded minus shipping charges when applicable.


Q. I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?

We accept the return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it.


Q. What does it mean by ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed & Closed Box)?

A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Packaging should be the same as when it was delivered to you.


Q. Can I return an item through my courier company or a specific courier? 

The item can be returned to us through any courier you prefer


Q. Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?

You can return an item for free within 13 days from delivery date for a return excluding any shipping charges when applicable.

For standard return, on damaged items, we will dispatch a courier that will return the merchandise to our location.
Upon receipt of returned items, we will inspect the product before issuing credit. A Return Authorization must be filled and submitted before returning the product.

Shipping Cost (for returns & refunds)

From time to time, we offer a promotional free shipping on purchases. Refunds will exclude such offers and will be deducted from refund. Hijab and abaya extends a free shipping as a courtesy to our customers. Unfortunately, we cannot honor this on returns. We will deduct shipping charges of 11.99 from your purchase return.
